Payer Research – Dermatology Case Study on Launch Sequence


Our client was looking to define the optimal launch sequence for four brands in its specialist portfolio, to ensure price and access for each brand was optimal, and the best commercial opportunity for the portfolio was achieved.


The first phase of the project was to define the competitive landscape for each brand within the portfolio. In the second phase, we conducted advisor interviews to identify the level of unmet need, disease severity and associated commercial potential for each brand.


Based on this information, we helped the client to define the optimal launch sequence for the four brands, and and early-launch strategy for the two brands with the highest commercial potential.
